About Me
I’m Dasha Timofieieva, a 3D artist based in the UK with a focus on interior and product visualisation. My interest in visualisation comes from a strong appreciation of space, design, and how environments can influence the way people feel.
I started developing my skills in 3D design through both academic study and personal projects, gradually building an understanding of visualisation as both a technical and creative process. Over time, I became more interested in interior spaces and product presentation, focusing on how light, materials, and composition can shape the overall atmosphere of an image. This led me to develop my own direction within 3D visualisation and begin working on freelance projects.
Education
2024 - 2026
FdA Digital Design and Media (Level 5)
Yeovil College University Centre
I am currently studying FdA Digital Design and Media (3D Visualisation pathway) at Yeovil College University Centre. My studies focus on developing both technical and creative skills, including 3D modelling, rendering, and digital design, as well as understanding professional practice within the creative industries. Alongside my course, I continue to expand my knowledge through independent learning, workshops, and additional training in 3D visualisation. I plan to progress to a BA degree to further develop my skills and professional practice.
2022 - 2023
Interior Design Certificate
SKVOT
In 2023, I completed a one-year online Interior Design course with SKVOT. During the course, I developed my design skills through a full interior project, including concept development, technical drawings, and photorealistic visualisations. The course was taught by industry professionals, who provided valuable insight into real design practice. This experience gave me a strong foundation in interior planning, spatial thinking, and professional presentation.
Experience
Alongside my studies, I have worked on freelance projects, which helped me develop practical skills such as client communication, time management, and adapting to different project requirements.
I have also taken part in two exhibitions, including one where I collaborated with a team to curate and organise the presentation. This experience improved my understanding of how creative work is presented to an audience and how to work collaboratively in a professional context.
Approach
My work is focused on creating visuals that feel realistic, balanced, and carefully composed. I pay particular attention to lighting, materials, and spatial composition to achieve a natural and engaging result.
I am continuously developing my skills and exploring new techniques to improve the quality of my work and take on more complex projects.
