Countryside
A countryside project was created for the Experimental Project 1 module in college. The project involved creating an interior design for the kitchen and dining area in the Country style. I learned how to use materials like wood, stone, and brick effectively, explored warm and inviting colour pallets, practised designing functional space for the kitchen and the dining area, used ergonomics, and experimented with the natural and interior lights to create a warm and cosy design.
The unique selling point of the project is its power in visual communication. I tried to create photorealistic renders that would trick the human brain into getting warm feelings after looking at them. The rustic design looks realistic and brings it to life, forcing us to feel nostalgic, hiding individual storytelling for our imagination.
